Is the spreadsheet set to "View Only" for everyone? If so, is it possible to give everyone access again to add our updates?

It has become less useful/trustworthy since we are not able to add updates in real time. (For example, I suspect most of the Background Complete updates from the last day or two on this thread are probably not reflected in the spreadsheet yet...)

It seems that BG was completed for those who received the ghost update on March 28 and 29.

So, I assumed tomorrow actual updates to BG will happen for those who received ghost update on March 30.

By the way, did anyone got actual update who received the ghost update March 30?
