Hello, can anyone create the Status Tracker account (https://ircc-tracker-suivi.apps.cic.gc.ca/en/register) successfully? I got the AOR on March 06, 2024 and was able to link to GCkey successfully, but I kept getting the error when creating the Status Tracker account. I appreciate any help you can provide.

No, you can't. For PGP applications it is either through GCKey or ECAS.

@Shankar Iyer hi Shankar, i submitted PGP appication in dec 2023 and still waiting for AOR and nothing heard yet and when i submitted the application then my parents passport were valid and they expired in JAN 2024 and i got the new one should i just wait for email from cic regarding info or any email to ask for documents...bcoz i am still waiting

My father received biometric request today, he had a valid biometric since I had paid the fees they requested it to be done I will be doing it in couple of days

Question: my father will be in Canada with me for the next 6 months so should I update his address with ircc? interestingly in the biometric letter they have mentioned my Canadian address with his name already on it

Update his address once he has arrived in Canada.

Wait for AOR and then update the passport copy with the application number (included in the AOR email)

Hello guys,

For the PGP 2023. Since all the application is submitted online via PR portal account. If the medical is requested and the principal applicant is here in Canada on a visitors visa. Can the principal applicant do their medical exam here in Canada or they should go back to the home country?

@punjabiguy - Yes best is to wait, because they'll send you a letter in which they'll list all the documents they want from you and you need to attach that letter to email along with the documents.

Hi all,

I got request to resubmit 5406. The online form mentioned to exclude PR/Citizen child, which is not the case, so they asked again I guess.
Anyway my confusion is what marital status to put in form decreased family member? Its a drop down and N/A or deceased is not an option!! I was thinking to use last marital status while passed, am I right? and should I include and explanation letter? Thanks

Yeah I know right, I taught I'm the only one but I'm pretty sure they want to exclude PR/Citizen children. I remember someone here said that its only at IMM 0008 but I think its the same case with IMM 5406 during the online application.

Hi everyone,

My in-laws we are sponsoring are here in Canada as tourists. We have applied for a visitor record to extend their stay here in Canada because we are expecting. We received a medical request for this application.

My question is - can this medical be used for our PGP application? (side note, we haven't even receive the AOR). We also know that a medical is valid up to a year. If we can, provided that the request we will get for this PGP application is still within the one year, how can we submit it or tell them there's a medical record already on their file from a different application?

Hi everyone, I submitted my application Nov 6, 2023. Then received a request to resubmit the IMM 5406 and proof of relationahip on Feb 6. Submitted requested documents Feb 12. Since then I have not heard anything back. My dad checked the PR portal and the status of the application says RETURNED. Should we be worried? We haven't received any form of documentation confirming the application had been returned or any refund for application fees paid.

I got the AOR today and as their standard letter it mentioned to submit 5768 form for Financial Evaluation if not included in the application. Should I resubmit through the webform? Also should resubmit the same I filled and signed before or fill a new one since about 3 month passed?!!
