Exact same office with AOR and test scheduled but test taken on Jan 23rd and updated on 25th. There has been no updates further. still waiting for BG and LPP to complete

I would not recommend informing IRCC now. During these 2 months window (your trip in May) you might get your application done, if not you should inform them just before your trip. Good luck.

I would wait until the day you need to travel. Most likely you will get oath before May
