Anyone in Winnipeg asked to submit their biometrics? It's all booked for the next 30 days. I don't know if I should mail IRCC or submit it at a different city?

My friends had to go to Thunder Bay to do it

Any November or September AOR who have not received Final Decision and stuck at background verification in progress?

Me ! I did biometrics January 24. And been stuck in background and eligibility since. I called Feb 14 and still no update. Really starting to feel uncertain

I don’t security mentioned in history, only medicals and couple of IMMs, does it mean it has not started yet ?

I am not sure; people say if you see security then it means the application is in enhanced security screening. Others can confirm here if they see such thing in their tracker

now either PVO Ottawa is overloaded, or there is something going on with the file transmission to CSIS and CBSA who handles the security screening task.

Hello everyone, I just called IRCC to check if I missed P1 email as I can see ecopr number and final decision date was 21 Feb. They told me to wait and it is not sent yet and when I asked about my PVO, they said it is virtual office so there is no specific PVO for me. Before ot was RROC
