My status on BLS website was still 'counter delivery' when it got delivered.. like Abbas said, put your application number in Purolator's website and you'd see the delivery status..

Application date shows Dec 2, currently says Processing At Consulate with no record found in the OCI services website.
What is a realistic expectation for receiving the document in hand? Can this happen before Feb 9, my planned travel date?

8 weeks from Application Date.
20+ days to see record/acknowledgement on the OCI website
30 days (and little more for Ottawa/Vancouver jurisdiction) after acknowledgement to receive OCI in hand

I submitted on Nov 4th to Brampton, application date Nov 18th. Processing at CGI
Still nothing on BLS site, its been 30 days today.

Hoping to get the Ack this week.

OCI processed today 15 December. Acknowledgement date was 10 November so exactly 5 weeks.
Dispatch and delivery pending.

To clarify, I had sent a postal application to BLS Ottawa and sent no original documents, only self attested copies.

Can u pls clarify ack date on bls or oci website and when did u submit the application
