BLS Status was changed to (Counter Delivery to BLS Centre after OCI stamping) on Dec7. And it is still the same though OCI was delivered today by Purolator.
No tracking id has been shown on BLS portal.

Its normal I guess. My brother has applied on 1 Nov and he got his acknowledgement on 6 Dec on OCI website.
You will get it next week.

Got it when checked again now.... seems it works as per india time. Showing acknowledge date as 9-Dec..

No legally u r not allowed to work on entry visa u can apply for employment visa instead

what do you mean by ack on 10 nov?
I have submitted an application yesterday at bls montreal and status on bls portal is "processing at high comission".
But there is nothing oci status inquiry screen.
