I received tracker update today that my oath is scheduled for Nov 30th. Ceremony in progress is Nov 17th but update was reflected today Nov 21st. How long does it take to receive the official email invite? I'm in Montreal, anyone knows whether the ceremony will be virtual or in person for Nov 30th?

Hi so I did my citizenship test beginning of 2021and passed. Was asked to send my certified translated stamps which I did right away. Everything was marked completed on my online tracker except the "physical presence ". Been waiting for years only for the whole tracker to reset and retrograde into in "in progress " . Even the test I did. After weeks I was able to reach them only for the agent to tell me it's in process and he couldn't explain the "technical glitch" . Does anyone know what it means ?

Criminality Clearance is valid for a year so maybe that is what's causing the delay. Seek your MP's help, order notes or mandamus if nothing else helps.

I don't have issues logging in . Everything that was completed went back to in progress .even the citizenship test which I did . I called first one said its a glitch, second one said its temporary. I'm freaking out

Do you have access to ECAS, if you applied by paper you can check there. Also raise a webform and explain your problem so hopefully it gets resolved soon. It is certainly a glitch if you saw that your test was complete and then went back to in process with everything else. Since if you had to redo it, they would have told you by now.
