I see people mentioning initials of clerk, did you include any such thing in the email. I am still waiting for the certificate, I know it is not 5 business days yet but starting to get worried a little as it is IRCC which is very unpredictable.

Yeah it is unfair for sure. Not sure what non-routine is classified as.

There have been some dependency between Niagara IRCC and CPC - Sydney it seems where it took a while to get feedback on RCMP screening responses.

Hoping there is some movement now, fingers crossed.

Thanks for the provided insights. Yeah - that sounds about right, based on review of the GCMS. Primary office is Niagara IRCC while secondary is CPC - Sydney. There was a request from last Dec 2022 to CPC-Sydney that may have taken a while for my application to be picked up again by Niagara to issue a Test invite recently.

Will likely request another GCMS if no further progress is done in next 2-3 weeks on tracker status.

I got the email how to make portal account and download the certificate 2-3 days before I got oath invitation email. Email content says, "Please find the instructions to download your electronic Canadian Citizenship Certificate (e-Certificate) in the attached document. " .
Do not know if everyone gets this email. FYI, My office is Niagara.

I took the oath on Nov 21st afternoon and sent the Oath form about an hour after the ceremony. Still no e-certificate for download on the portal.

Anyone else get their e-cert after oath on the same/next day? Anyone else facing similar situation of not having e-cert yet? I know it says 3-5 days but seeing a lot of variation so thought I'd see how things are for others on similar oath day.

Hi All, I took citizenship test on 20th Nov, its been 3 days now, but I am yet to get a completion confirmation on my account. Is it usual to take this many days?
