I am also waiting for E-Copr since Sep 07th. I believe, IRCC quota for 2023 PR has been full. Now whosoever is left, will get the PR in the month of Jan 2024.

July 2024. My wife and son, both got COPR & Passport stamped with VISA, as they are in India. But its taking time for me.

That's normal. They are outland and quicker than the virtual landing process due to the virtual Landing backlog, If your application is processing in Montreal VO, seems like they are processing those applicants who have copr expiry date in May 2024. You will get it.

totally understand. Even called the IRCC, they will only asked me to wait. Nothing we can do to speed up the process.
