Just an assumption that IRCC is processing the eCOPR’s based on the eCOPR’s expiration date.

Nov 7, 2023 - eCOPR number and expiry date appeared on tracker

Nov 7, 2022 - Portal 1 email 1 received, replied to it the same day.

Portal 2 - waiting

eCOPR expiry - 02 Nov, 2024

You can ring them on (1-888-242-2100), or you can email them by replying to the portal 1 or 2 confirmation email you got from them. They are the only ways that i contacted them on.

I found if you ring them from around 4pm pst then you get through quicker. Otherwise you go through the whole menu system only to be told to ring back later lol.

I really couldn't say what they are being it on. From what I can see they are just simply about 2.5 months behind, though can't explain why some people get it sooner. There doesn't seem to be any correlation that I can see for it being ecopr expiry date.

My ecopr expiry date was mid May 2023 I think. Considering it takes about 2 months for pr card to come through that gives me several months extra before my ecopr runs out.

I think it just depends on how they feel when the officers wake up lol

Do you know your primary and secondary VO?

For some context - "Secondary VO is responsible for portal emails. Once your account is created on PR portal and photo address is uploaded, your primary VO takes over and issues eCOPR. The agent told me this when I called IRCC."

i hope this is only be an assumption. Tomorrow its gonna be 70 days since i uploaded my information.

In the portal my ecopr’s expiry is July 2024 . if i go with the assumption then i have to wait more which will be a nightmare for me.
