If it says "processed" it must be Toronto and it is Seriously, Vancouver is faster than Toronto counting from applied date --- most of us who applied on Oct 4th do not expect anything before Friday here in Toronto.

what is the next step @niswe any idea?

Consulate will dispatch to BLS either today or tomorrow. BLS will change the status to "Counter Delivery to BLS Centre after OCI stamping" next business day after Consulate dispatches it. A business day after BLS status will change to "Passport ready For Dispatch after OCI stamping" and next business day you will receive it in hands.

There is no consistency from Vancouver, lot of Unknown, do know what is going on and when is our turn.... Shameful...
