Can you apply OCI at the same time when doing SC?

Naa.. for OCI you to apply only after you get SC. Copy of SC has to be included the OCI application

Anyone walked in Brampton or Toronto for entry visa. What's the best time to go there to get turn as I don't have appointment as my travel date is 22. I don't think I'll be getting my Oci on time.

I believe they openING walk-In at all GTA BLS centers tomorrow .. try that.. since Sunday, there are no appointments, so majority walk-ins could get a chance…

All countries "visited" using any passport. Travel to India using Indian passport is not a visit, any other country is.

On the side note if you are travelling on visa make sure you have a return ticket

Hi @abbas.pasha .. is it something they mandatorily need (no matter if the visa is say for 12 months), and if someone doesn't have it, what do they say for it? Is this checked in Canada by the airlines folks or by Indian immigration officer?
