@Gkaur3 Do you know if that is 10-15 business days or regular days? Hmm based on either it seems reasonable to apply for the entry visa and hope for the best. The only issue is the passport getting stuck but it seems like you can petition to get the passport back within 48 hours but I'm not sure I believe that they will return it in 48 hours.

This is what I heard that you can request consulate for PP back with 48hours notice but you have to do and collect.. I hope I get entry visa asap

Thanks for creating this separately! My appointment date is 3 Nov and the surrender certificate is at "printed" stage.. anyway i can receive it by Thursday so that I can make to my appointment for visa on 3 Nov..

They just said 10-12 days, didn’t specifically says weekdays or working days

mostly it will be Calendar days as few on this forum got there passport stamped in 2-3 working days after submitting it in person. I sent my in postal will let you know in couple of days whats the status.

Anybody here know whether we could apply for entry visa without SC. Heard BLS surrey and Brampton accepted applications. Would like to anyone have recent experience. Thanks

SC is not needed for Entry Visa. BLS Brampton I called and confirmed with them and there checklist also does not include SC.

I asked BLS office. They said processing takes usually around 10 business days.
