Whats is the mode of payment for in-person?

cash-exact change, Demand draft if you know the amount or debit(extra fees is added).

for postal OCI application can we use CANADA POST OR UPS OR FED EX or We have to use only PURLATOR ?? Any one can tel me whos used postal applcation

That's only for BLS fees and charges though.. For OCI, the fee to the consulate should be paid as a bank draft (aka DD) or money order.

That's only for BLS fees and charges though.. For OCI, the fee to the consulate should be paid as a bank draft (aka DD) or money order.

No, not for the $345 OCI fee. And, the draft or MO has to be payable to the consulate, not BLS. See the checklist for payee name.
