Status got changed to “Counter Delivery to BLS after OCI stamping” (Oct 16)
Does this mean I can go to BLS for pick up or I have to wait for another update? I have courier option but just want to try to pick up for safe side.
Please advise.

If you opted for courier and still want to pickup you will have to do it right away -- preferably the same day BLS receives the document. Email BLS requesting collection as they say in their FAQ, and show up at collection time even if you do not hear back from them. That's what I would do if in a real hurry, but no real experience doing this.

Hi Folks, have OCI appointment tomorrow. Applying for myself but married. Can someone confirm documents to be uploaded?
1. Indian surrendered passport details
2. Canadian passport
3. Work exp letter

I am married but applying as self, do I need to upload wedding certificate and spouse passport? We got married in the U.S. so I want to avoid the whole issue with apostille although its not needed if you are applying for yourselg.

I sent it through courier on Sep 1. Received at BLS Surrey on Sep 05. They opened the packet and updated the status on Sep 06. Consulate acknowledgment on Sep 13

Thats great, ACK was pretty fast, in my case it is not changing, hoping someone looks at the file soon

See the tracker link below. Currently, on the average, 2 weeks for Ack for Toronto Consulate.

Toronto projection: Ack 15 days, process 21 days, dispatch 7 days -- total 43 days from BLS application date

I think OCI site will have updates only after 15 days from Application submission date.
