OCI walk-in application on 10th Oct
For two day's it was under process and now it showing as (Counter Delivery to BLS Centre after OCI stamping)
Seems BLS employee selected wrong option. Anyone experienced or in the same boat as me?

Is this a new OCI application?

Hi. For fresh OCI, do I have to scan and upload the page with the canceled stamp or the first and lage pages of the passport will do?

I always scan passport flat open (two pages in one scan) so never wondered about this. With that the scan will include the photo page and cancelled page in one. Technically, as you need to include surrender certificate, the cancelled stamp should not matter, but no idea what BLS would think of that.

I uploaded it but when I went to BLS for in-person submission, they returned it back saying not needed.

just got ack today.
can someone tell approx how much time does it take from ack date.

Finally! That was long time coming. Current expectation is about 21 days post Ack to reach processed/printing state and about a week from then for delivery to BLS, courier etc. Hopefully in hand by Nov 9th?
