I have a similar timeline. Waiting for OCI to be dispatched from BLS Brampton. It should be in a day or two.

What is the fees for oci application. I see some places as 425 and other places as 345 for applying for OCI in Toronto.

It costed me close to $390 ($345 application fee + $45 processing + courier fee). BLS Brampton.

I applied on 25th August - Walk-in BLS Brampton.
Acknowledgement Date: 8th September
Document received at Toronto (OCI Processing complete) - 29th September

Application Status

(Counter Delivery to BLS Centre after OCI stamping) - 3rd October.

Waiting for OCI dispatch.

That is correct. I took money order for 352.4 payable to BLS. I paid on BLS website using credit card for Purolator pickup and drop.

If it comes it would be just before your trip. Not sure if you want to take that risk or reschedule your trip to have a buffer.
