So Indians who became Canadian citizens now have problems getting visas to go back to India because they the indian gov't don't deal up with dual citizenship, that some fuk up shit to deal with ,just wickedness .

Do we really know if OCI process is also suspended or if it's just visa services? The letter that BLS sent to SEBI mentioned that this suspension will only impact 2% of their revenue. That could mean they are only talking about visa services, not OCI or passport surrender services. Again, I am not sure because there really has not been clarity with any news article.

Yeah these folks f'ed up big time. So all "in-process" stuff will also be held. I don't understand how they didn't consider Canadian-Indians in this mix.

That's what they are worried of because of the K movement. In the end, people like us suffer.

What they meant is, BLS International's presence and operations in Canada only accounts to 2% to their global revenue. They are present in many other countries.

BLS updated status to Counter Delivery to BLS Centre after OCI stamping on 20-SEP-2023

I did have an issue where I was asked to submit a copy of my marriage certificate by the Vancouver Consulate on 18-SEP-2023. Other than that, everything was smooth as butter!

I am worried they will accept but won't process anything. So many people with vacation planned from Oct-Dec would be in dilemma to accept oath or not. People with only Canadian passport are badly stuck.

Yeah possibly. I submitted my application on 11 Sep and still don't see it has been acknowledged. I have booked a flight for Jan 2024. I am afraid now this will take a long time to heal as now their ego's have come into play
