Wait for AOR. 100% she will get. If you want to apply now. You need to show tieness also to returning. have little risk. after AOR , mention application number that PR process started. Irrc officer will check that information.

Yes just need to get that AOR. I put an urgent request for that from MP office as I’m athlete and the Federation wants me to have PR asap

She can extend her visit visa for 2 years. Within this period she will get PR hopefully. You just need to inform ircc that she is in canada now. And once you get PR before her. you can apply OW for her inside canada.

Submitted june 2023 including outside canada dependent. Still waiting for AOR. Just received XG number yesterday. Waiting for AOR.

How did you receive your XG number.. mail or email?

hi. call 1 (888) 242-2100. After call select Submit application. after that input any 10 digit number as applications number and date of birth. They will not find application number . select 0 and it will transfer to Agent. Ask agent about details. He/She will give you XG temporary number and received confirmation date if application received.

Do we need to biometrics again if we had submitted April?

They stated that I don't need to give biometrics but also says they will let me know if they need it. Although biometrics shouldn't expire for 10 years but who knows.

I applied in may 2023 for asylum with family of 4 members.
I am on visit visa till October 2023.
If I have no receive any IRCC documents till October I will leave Canada or not?
