Guys just a quick question. My oath is tom and it's says 10 :15 am time zone (canada). Ngf is my office. I live in ontario so 10:15 my local time right the oath is ?

Guys who did their oath today ( AUG 16TH, 2023) at 10:15 am please help me.

I have heard that in some ceremonies you will be with an agent to sign the oath affirmation and include his initials to sent the oath form. But for ours we didn't have an agent and the clerk generally told us to sign the affirmation and sent the doc with file number and family number.
Just want to know that I didn't miss the post registration lol.

For Niagara the clerk initials and all is not there. Just do as is been mentioned in the oath pdf email. That would work.

Bro did u sign the oath form infront of a clerk in a separate zoom room and add initials or was it just the clerk generally told theb100+ people to sign the form and sent to the oath email address ?

No initials. Just the clerk telling everyone to sign and send back the oath form.

I am scheduled to take my Oath on August 29th. However, I have a travel planned. I will not be able to attend. I have been informed by IRCC that my reasoning to miss the event is unreasonable and I will be issued a Final Notice to Appear for the Oath of Citizenship. Do you guys know how long does it take to receive Final Notice to Appear for the Oath of Citizenship ? How long do I have to wait?

There is no fix wait. Can take upto 6 months too.

so i was in similar boat. I had my ceremony on 30th and i was travelling on 2nd. I contacted IRCC and the mentioned i have option to miss the ceremony but and they will issue final notice when i get back. They also mentioned the wait can change but atm its 2-4 months before they will re schedule my ceremony. now remember, this may change in future for better or worse but it may change.
