PR confirmation portal timelines

IS not really a theory is noted on the pdf we receive if we already have a account that could generate indue delay.... unfortunatly some applicant (like me) have already an account and post the residence permanency by here since the start (as our program wanted)

Technically to add a tab in our portal doesn’t take 10 days of delay!!

Follow up email saying its been 26 days and I am still waiting for credentials. In the same email string of portal-1.

You did reply (and let the subject as it was? or change the subject?)
if i ask that is because with their autoreply mail i question myself about did they read message with another subject mail than that

Thank you. I got Portal 1 email on 9th August and replied same day and recieved automated reply on 9th august. I accidentally created the portal account on 14th August and recieved Portal 2 email.
