I have also similar case. My community officer told me that they send me pre-arrival email in June, however I haven't received any email neither any update in GCKey.

I am trying to contact IRCC but couldn't contact.

You can't contact them via regular ph call, if you are outside of Canada you have to buy a virtual ( local Canadian number ) from freetone or other service provider. download their app buy a number & call from it.
Note down the telephone number on a paper you are buying because when you call ircc agent will ask you the number from which you are calling.
