Processing from Ghana is 177 days so I see no inconsistencies. If you haven’t received a response by November then raise a webform. IRCC doesn’t care about your travel dates.

So eligibility has not started which is normal since processing is 177+ days. Your eligibility will most likely start some time in the fall. All you can do is wait.
Nothing happens. IRCC doesn’t really care. Your application continues to be processed. Your application approval is based on funds, travel history, ties to home country and valid reasons to travel.
Business bank account statements are usually not considered. This is a TRV so IRCC wants personal funds. If refused due to funds, then provide personal accounts. IRCC can always ask for new statements but usually just refuse the application.

You can hope but if refused for funds then you will need to show personal accounts. As you will read in the link, it is the bank account of the applicant, not a business name.

I was wondering if would you know if the review of eligibility is in progress is a good sign of application progress. or if that means an officer is working on my application? also how long does that usually take to be complete when having a visa history with Canada already.

Your application has not started the review process so an officer has yet to review it. Starting eligibility review can take weeks to months. Do you have a valid Canadian visa? When did you permit expire? You never mentioned past travel to Canada in your original post.
