My take on it is that all applicants with physical presence of around 1100 days take a while to get all sorted (be it online or physical). The ones with good buffer of number of days in excess of 1095 required usually are easy to clear.

Not sure this is correct. Mine is pretty much border line 1100 days or a bit less and in less than 2 months I am only waiting for LPP now. I applied in May.

May be you are right, but its just case by case. We can only think over it

Everyone has a different timeline. I suggest you look at the "Test to Decision Made" column on the tracker for determining the average number of days.

Not really, it's really at the whims and fancies of the case officer

IRCC website says it takes 4-6 months for a routine application after the test to get oath invite. As long as you are in this window, there is not much you would get from contacting them. The range is pretty varied with someone getting LPP completed in a week to someone in months. I got it in 40 days and my partner is waiting since 48 days now

Based on my limited knowledge acquired from the Sheet, 30 days is a Median.

71 days for me and counting waiting for LPP since Test marked completed

Never had issues opening tracker website and now it just keeps on loading.
