You please tell me that when is the eligibility started and completed , please and thank you.

Not sure when it started. it says completed on July 13th.
the same day their travel document was stamped.

My application eligibility completed since 10th July but there is no visa documents number on tracker.

Update: Eligibility has started today on GCKey (July 13), but hasn't updated on the tracker yet!

Did you create a new GCkey account?

I applied for myself and my wife and the time line is:
Application submitted on 26th June 2023
Ihave USA visa and had canadian visit visa in 2016 so Biometric not needed.

• Eligibility Not started
• Medical Exam: Not started
• Biometrics: In Progress
• Back Ground Verification : In Progress
• At what stage am I.
• I applied online IRCC portal and I am based in Abu Dhabi.

nope! Same one I always had. I noticed when things update on GCkey it might take 24 hrs to show up on the tracker.

I had applied for tourist visa renewal on May 28th but till today there is no update on my application. Tracker was last updated on June 15th. Both Eligibility and Background shows in progress. Is anyone on the same boat ?
