What could be the status after the below application status on BLS site? -
Original documents Dispatched via courier
(Counter Delivery to BLS Centre after OCI stamping)

Logically it should say after this Dispatched via courier

OCI services website asks for a File Reference Number to check status (not same as application reference number), and BLS is not able to provide this.
How are folks able to check their status without the file ref number?

I have few questions regarding my OCI application. BLS calling line is blocked due to high number of calls.

1. I am sending a postal application. Do you know what is the amount of the draft(s) and how many drafts we need and to which name?

2. Do we need to upload self-attested copies of the document?

3. Do we have to write text as "“This is a true copy of the original " on a copy - as mentioned https://www.blsindia-canada.com/CanadaVisaCCT/Toronto-OCI-Checklist-Rev-10.0-July-2018.pdf?

Self attested do not need to uploaded.. Only self attest the document that will dispatch visa postal

For In-Person submission of OCI Application at BLS Canada, do we need to submit our original Canadian passport? Do they return the Canadian Passport Immediately, since I need to travel to US in couple of weeks after my appointment.

Submit nahin karna hain... but saare original documents along with the self attested copies leke jaana

Application Sent- 01/06/2023
BLS Status - Under Processing at Consulate - 06/06/2023
Acknowledgement from OCI site - 09/06/2023
Document printed - 03/07/2023
Dispatched and received at Consulate - 06/07/2023
Waiting for BLS to ship the OCI.

Anyone knows how long it takes for BLS to ship the OCI? Asking as I am travelling to India in 2 weeks.

I am applying for myself and I recently acquired my Canada citizenship.

Apart from Current Passport section ( Canada passport + citizenship certificate) , Employment/Work letter and Indian origin proof (India passport + surrender certificate), should I need to UPLOAD ANY OTHER DOCUMENT? Please confirm.

for example, do I need to add anything UNDER 'RELATIONSHIP CERTIFCIATE"?

Hello,

I recently got my Canadian Passport and then I renounced my Indian Citizenship and surrendered the Indian Passport. Currently I am in the process of applying for an OCI.

Background-
Of late, I noticed that in my India Passport (already surrendered), the spelling of my birth city is wrong. Instead of "KANPUR", it says "KANPR". However, my Canadian Passport and the current Indian Visa spells the birth city name correctly.

My question is - will there be a problem if I submit the OCI application with my birth city name misspelled in the surrendered Indian Passport? If yes, what can I do at this point since I cannot request a change in the Indian Passport as it is not a valid document anymore.

Any help will be appreciated. Thank you

Although I agree with what @navid2014 mentioned, but BLS hain to kuch bhi mumkin hain...
My suggestion is to get a affidavit as a supporting document in order to avoid delays and hassles at BLS

BLS's website is fine, I was talking about checking status on OCI services website. They ask you to input Passport number and file reference number.

when did you submit ? recently? If that's the case it will 4-5 days before details start showing up on OCI website(incase you submitted it in person at BLS, add a few more days on top incase it postal application). This used to be earlier 20+ days but it has come down in the last few months
