The only way I am aware of you finding out where your file is at is through ordering your GCMS notes. So you may see a note saying your primary office is Whitehorse and perhaps a notation that your secondary office is Calgary (for example). BUT KNOWING THAT WON'T DO ANYTHING TO SPEED UP YOUR FILE. Best wishes.
I spoke to IRCC and they said my file says secondary office is Calgary but it's currently still in whitehorse! no GCMS notes received yet! so anyone else without GCMS can ask IRCC about secondary office (if interested to know).
I got approval email on May 29(8:00 am) and replied same day in 10-15 mins. May 30, I got an email saying portal has been created but nothing yet I got login details for portal.
called Ircc on May 31 and agent told login details has been already sent so wait some time.
i am worried now. How can i get login details for portal now???
Can anyone login to irrcc accounts?

According to the IRCC call agent I spoke to yesterday, she said they have cleared most of the backlogs and have more staff currently at their disposal so I should not expect to wait long now (Ofcourse not quoting her or holding her against this statement if it goes otherwise)

I am not sure but seems like they are finalizing applications of May 6 and July 16 as a priority right now, it seems like June applications will be taken into consideration at last. Anyways, it seems like they have speed up their process and i hope all pending files should get processed by July, fingers crossed.

IRCC is the least burdensome and almost a non accountable job in entire federal bureaucracy; chill and relax kinda place.
Today I applied for CSIS and CBSA notes, and found that when your options are different, there will be different branches to enter the application submission. Although the content is roughly the same, some are paid and some are free. I have seen many people here say that they have subscribed to GCMS notes for a long time but have not received them, so a reasonable guess is whether they made a wrong choice when applying.
What's the date of your AOR..?

Below is the email I received early morning in regards to one of my ATIP request I made in March.
We have received your follow up query regarding your ATIP request.
The CBSA is currently experiencing a surge in the volume of requests, and unfortunately we are not in a position to meet the legislated timelines for all requests.
Please be assured that the CBSA is processing all requests as quickly as possible, but an estimated completion date is not available at this time.
We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause you and thank you for your understanding.
