i think the average is 7-10 days based on what I have seen for me and my wife...a month sounds little long...you may want to contact IRCC via web form...

i applied citizenship for my son in january 2023. got AOR on feb 28th and tracker last update is on March 2nd.

After that no updates.

While verifying after signing in, it won’t recognize my representative’s email even though it is correct, so I can’t finish the verification process to access the test. We are waiting to hear back from IRCC.
