COPR Details in Application Status Tracker

Hi All,

I am seeing COPR document details in my application status tracker account but no communication from IRCC yet that my file is approved and no update on my Express entry profile as well.
Does this mean my file is still in progress or approved?

I think I have been waiting for nearly 2 months now. Nothing in my email inbox. Can I do anything about this?

My tracker has the COPR number and travel document details, I don't know when it was updated tho.

I sent an email to them on April/19 asking them, and they said:
"We are working on processing applications as quickly as possible.
Rest assured that you will be informed as soon as a decision is reached or if additional information is needed."

COPR expires Dec/2023
Since then no updates, any clue?

Outlanders. Inlanders get PR portal email within couple of days after passing all stages, for Outlanders Security only starts when you pass all stages.

I'm inland, they are all green since Dec/09, no updates so far.

Background was completed on 10th Feb and COPR details updated on 14th Feb.

Hi, I need urgent help. Can you confirm what date is on the downloaded COPR document. Is it the date on which tracker was updated or it is the date when the portal was open or is it the date when COPR doc is downloaded from portal ?

The date on the eCopr is the date the eCopr was signed by an officer and made available for download. So, if an officer signs it today and puts it up for download that's the date on it.

You can expect to receive it within one day from the COPR number showing up. However, if it doesn't within 2-3 days then chances are they sent the email and you never got it. The same thing happened to me, and after waiting for 16 days I decided to email the Virtual Landing team myself, and they replied back with portal 2 email skipping portal 1. If your email doesn't come through by Monday DM me, and I'll walk you through what you have to do.

Just wanted to know from the members that if everything is green in the tracker expect the background check, how much time it usually takes for the BGC to be complete. It is in progress since November 2022. Applied under FSW. ITA received on 23 September 2022. It’s already 8 months. Filed through a representative who is not very active.

You're BGC has been in process since November 2022? If so, you are more than likely in enhanced screening. I would suggest for you to get your GCMS notes from CBSA, and CSIS to see what your security status is on.

Thanks for the reply. I was of the view that eligibility takes most of the time. But here it is otherwise. What do you suggest about calling the IRCC centre to ask? Will they tell something substantial? Ordering the notes will further take a month or so. I am really stressed out.
One more thing how do I get to know my PVO and SVO ? How to contact them through e-mail?

Call them and ask what is your application status like eligiblity and background. Then ask if info sharing, and security is done. To find your PVO and SVO you ask them when you call, and they will tell you. Also, your GCMS notes will shave your PVO and SVO.
