Hi we are almost same timeline and same VO Montreal. May I know your SVO? Mine is Sydney.

When I received RFV, my Eligibility had changed from Not Started to In Progress.
It changed to “Completed” the next day.

nothing, same status in tracker after 19th april (bcg in progress). I don't know what is happening in MONTREAL IRCC office

Apparently this VO is slow in issuing eCOPRs too - I still await mine. Been 2 weeks since approval now.

Hello folks, quick update:

On May 30, when I checked my tracker, I see all 4 stages marked as complete for me, the primary applicant and except eligibility, rest all marked as complete for my spouse. I also noticed COPR numbers for both of us. Updates show Background Check completed on May 29, 2023.

Later in the evening, I received my first email asking me if I was in Canada and to reply individually or together for all applicants. Now, I am waiting for PR portal access.

My full timeline is in my signature. What's weird is, my eligibility status was stuck in not started until the day of approval. Background check was stuck in "In Progress" since the April 19, 2023 mass portal update.
