Hi, so I am moving and just paid Right to permanent residence fee and sent PCC so I guess this is final stage processing. However I am moving to a different province and I used a lawyer to apply for my H&C.

The question I have is that do I have to update my new address with IRCC or leave it alone so I don't mess up my application? Since they have my lawyers details shouldn't all correspondence be going to my lawyer so it won't matter if I don't uodate my new address?

The approval letter specifically stated that your application could be refused if you fail to update your address with IRCC. I would suggest that you update your address with them because I believe that your pr card will be mailed to your home address that is on file not the lawyer.

Yes your friend needs to withdraw his or her refugee claim before the agent can proceed.
