Got the oath invite finally! Tracker was updated today with:

May 3, 2023 Activity status updated: Citizenship oath
May 13, 2023 Scheduled for Citizenship oath

Waiting on the email now.. not sure if it's in-person or remote yet, though I know the latter is far more likely. I had been thinking that remote is a bit anti-climactic compared to in-person but at this point I'm just glad to have the date!

There has been no activity in our process since we took the knowledge test. I'm a little scared that we will get the oath invite and all for the moment we're going abroad for vacation. Is it possible to reschedule the oath ceremony if given the case?

When are you going for vacation? Your LPP is not completed. So Oath would take some more months.

If your LPP completes there are chances of conflict with your vacation in Aug.

Finally oath invitation received for May 13th. What a sigh of relief!
Now that these govt. officers have come back from strike it seems files are moving and they are getting ready to work on weekends.
Let's hope everyone gets to that stage very soon

Congratulations!! Seems they are clearing off all the cancelled and pending oaths at the moment that were scheduled pre strike. Hopefully SCR wakes up with some updates as well. Which office was yours?
