got 2 updates on citizenship test

First one: April 24, 2023 and May 15, 2023.
Second one : April 28, 2023 and May 19, 2023.

Not sure why there are two windows. Did not receive any confirmation email yet

Yes, but had to call them to get it. I think they messed up - if it doesn't come in 5 days, they will resend it. I think my wife got her email the next day after she called and complained...

6. Email from IRCC - 14th April 2023 - Identification documents missing - Photocopies of the front and back of two (2) pieces of your personal identification

7. In Process - 14th April 2023

8. Test invite - 19th April 2023

9. Background completed - 20th April 2023

10. Test Taken - 25th April 2023 - Scored 17 out of 20

Is anyone else getting an error message (technical difficulties) when trying to access the tracker? This is happening for both my and my spouse's account. Although I don't expect any progress till the strike is over, I was hoping to see my spouse's fingerprints being received (they were sent nearly a month ago).

I had it before but it started working a few days later. Dont know if it was my issue or on ircc system

Honestly if you can try getting the test done even without the instructions email. I have heard people have done so in the past.

I would have done that but it is very clearly written on the IRCC website to wait for email even if you see the update on the tracker account. That's why I am worried.
