Hello I submitted my application early April 2023 and received AOR mid April 2023.
Today I received an email with a prompt to create an account and access Citizenship Application Tracker. But when I click on the link it says cst-ssc.apps.cic.gc.ca’s server IP address could not be found. I have tried different computers and browsers.

Anyone with the same issue who could guide please?

That's an old link which no longer works. IRCC hasn't changed the email template to include the new one.

Immediately after receiving AOR, I got the following message. The issue is that i got my passport renewed on June 14th, 2018, as the previous one had expired and since you have to surrender your old passport to get the new one, i cannot send them copy of my old passport. How should i respond to this?

There is a gap in the validity period of the passport covering the (5) years immediately before the date of the application.



Please provide an explanation why the passport does not cover the entire period of time from April 6, 2018 to June 13, 2018 and whether you traveled outside Canada during that period.



It appears that you have a passport or travel document that was valid during your five (5) year eligibility period but haven’t provided the biographical page. Please provide a colour photocopy of the biographical page(‘s) which include your name, photo, date and place of birth, passport/travel document number, issue date and expiration date

Do you have a picture of those pages to submit? If so then submit it with an explanation, basically what you told us.
If you don't have photos then just an explanation on what you told us.
