The phone number is just that 800 number. You can also try emailing the address where you got your portal email and ask. But anecdotally Calgary VO is quite slow in issuing eCOPR so your situation is not unique
May I know if you gone outside Canada after 2021 that is after your old medical was done? I am just figuring out why they requested re-medical? As I also visited India recently, but I submitted my old medical from 2019.. Thanks

yes, all VO are slow, but OSC Ottawa is another level in terms of slowness. On the contrary, they are the busiest (not counting CIO because CIO Sydney is the first stop for every kind of application). Sometimes I wonder on what criteria is VO assigned - date of application, NOC code, random?
Anyone here with 18 Dec AOR? Or near that date? Any updates on your PR application? I haven't seen anything on mine, yet folks whose AOR is after 18 Dec are getting eCOPR! What is going on? How do I figure this out? Very frustrating.

Yeah. Ottawa is the slowest for sure. I have no idea on the VO assignment. Could be some random distribution or a system that does auto distribution based on capacity and active applications.
Yes I got 2 GUS on Monday and the latest GU shows that I passed my medical exam (but its been updated again) also eligibility is completed as per IRCC agent but still showing In Progress, nothing after that

even though I do not have access to my application, I have gut feeling I am stuck in the same stage because I have same AOR + PVO + SVO. And this wait is killing me.

Wow that means somethings are still moving ahead even with the strike.
