My file is also stuck in WhiteHorse...It is currently saying that the eligibility and criminality is under progress. Last update I got was Biometrics request on Oct 28 2022.

Just realize my AOR was sent from Whitehorse too. Does this mean my application is under their office? I heard that each step would be sent to different offices for processing, not 1 office process all the steps though.

Me too. WhiteHorse is the first office before files are handed over to a secondary office

AOR - July 13

File Linked - July 13

ADR - July 13, RPRF Receipt (didn't pay upfront) uploaded it same day

GU - September 1st(document has been received and under review)

GU - November 04, 2022, Medical passed (for the first time)

Requested CBSA notes - November 11, 2022(for the second time, first time they never came even after 4+ months)

CBSA notes received: December 06, 2022(saying Info sharing : Completed Criminality: in progress, Eligibility: not started, Medical: passed(extended), Security: not started, Deadline for application: July 13, 2023)

Nothing afterwards, until:

Got GU on March 30,2023(checked my acc. around 15:10pm(PST).

Got another GU on March 31,2023(checked my acc. around 15:00pm(PST).

I haven't followed up with IRCC through a phone call but I have ordered CBSA notes on April 12, 2023.

if you got 2 GUs then you're near. Congrats!
But I have seen a pattern with Whithorse files - Criminality in progress since long, security and eligibility being not started.
I think it's definitely this criminality guy who's being a pain in the butt of all applicants. Probably he's no longer with IRCC or is just ignoring responsibility and munching on that fat govt. salary. He will soon be caught and fired for sure. I dunno why Priscilla or any journalist is not putting pressure on these Whitehorse employees

finally got my eCorp today, I am so excited!
my file was processed in Calgary, if anyone is interested.
Here is my timeline:
Stream B - non-essential (English)
Applied: July 15th, 2021
AOR: June 25th, 2022
Medical passed: April 5th, 2023
ADR Request: April 6th, 2023
ADR Received: April 11th, 2023
PR Confirmation Email: April 13th, 2023
Replied to the email the same day
PR Portal Credentials: April 13th, 2023
Uploaded my address and picture on April 14th, 2023
eCorp received: April 17th, 2023
Still waiting for my photo to be approved as it’s still in review with IRCC.

I know it is frustrating to wait so long and there is no exact pattern which applications get approvals first, but please don’t give up hope!
