Hey folks! do you know if citizenship applications are processed during the IRCC employee strike? My cousin's online application was submitted in October 2022 from Edmonton and he got oath invite today. My application's (applied in June 2022) current status is LPP completed since March 16 with Scarborough office. No update on oath.... really frustrated with this wait....

Likewise, Scarborough seems to have gone on strike earlier . My wife's LPP was completed on Mar-17. No movement in the application since then. And now that the strike is starting, I guess there won't be any movement for some more time.

i called them today to see if tests is completed but tracker not updated which happens generally , unfortunately they said agent has put note on my file that i might get reschedule test invite in coming months.
I got an email today asking to appear at Scarborough office for verify documents and test/interview on April 26th but online tracker says you have scheduled for test on 3rd May.
No idea which date to believe and what's the difference so i am trying to call but keep saying all agents are busy , nevertheless i am going to go on 26th and see what's next.
I had my Citizenship Ceremony yesterday and submitted my Oath form immediately after the ceremony. However, I didnt get an automated email response from IRCC, acknowledging my submission of oath form. Is that normal?
For those who did the oath, do they require you to fill any forms? If so, are they available online? I would like to keep them ready in case I get Oath anytime (LPP is still in progress but I am optimistic )
