Updated to include AOR. I figure the ecas probably won't be available until after the weekend, but we'll see how it goes. Oh, and for those curious about the timing, the email arrived at around 11.30am.

A month is a long time. You should have received AOR by now. Are you sure you checked your spam folder and all? Check if you have received any email from "@cic.gc.ca"

They should be able to give your the application no. Using it and UCI you can create an account.
