@legalfalcon , Can you please let me know if there are entry stamps missing on passport meaning CBSA hasn't stamped for whatever reason and if we don't have any travel itinerary or boarding passes . What can be done in such cases ?
Most countries no longer place a physical stamp as all data is not recorded electronically. You do not need a stamp as long as you know the entry and exit dates.
IF you do not remember the dates, you can obtain a travel history report from CBSA, which will have all your entry and exit into Canada.
My paper application was returned due to a document missing from my partner after waiting for 2 months to get AOR. The said document was included initially, it’s strange how it got missing from their end. I have no doubt. I wonder why they don’t ask for the said copy to be uploaded online or email rather returning the whole docs. But we need to resend. It is an application for a group of 3 including a minor.
When did the email arrive? Also, would you know if your application was delivered to NEW WATERFORD office?
I sent it Sydney Office as advised by them using courier and courier address provided by them but it was redirected to NEW WATERFORD office. It was delivered on 15th Feb. I see in the forum that redirection by courier is normal.
