Are you FSW outland?
1 provided biometrics on 17th and could see the biometric number in cic but in tracker it is still showing IN-Progress

I am french and FSW from France

my Biometric ois written completed on 3/7 on my EE profile.
myVM still in progress (ok for me and in progress for the person who is going with me)

I have almost same timeline. I can expect the same VO. Hear all bad things about Montreal VO.

Yeah I know, Montreal vo is very bad - Hope you are luckier than me:); I know others with similar timelines got assigned to Ottawa, could be just bad luck on my side.
