we get in our email. I applied through gcmsapply.com $12 for IRCC and CBSA. and received in 37 days for IRCC and 49 days for CBSA.

make a phone call to IRCC, they will tell you.
or, request a GCMS notes, there will be a lot of information detailed.
and i guess you are going to ask how can i get them.
try to review this thread back a few pages, there are a lot information useful.
