Better call IRCC, same happened to me no email… after calling it turned out I had pending medical clearance and agent was happy that I called because the notification itself was for me to reach out.
This is not related to citizenship application but I feel someone can help me understand this. So my wife is currently sponsoring her minor brother through the orphan relative program and since he got AOR and biometric request letter since august there have been multiple ghost update on the tracker but no changes on the tracker and everything is not started since august 2022 except for biometrics that is showing in progress since august. Ecas is showing only application received 18th of May and nothing else, not even applications in progress. Is this normal for a minor application?

I called IRCC today. It's weird that the agent told me that IRCC is actually waiting for a document to be sent from a "third party," not from me. She told me there's nothing to worry about from my end. But the truth is the status on my tracker says "waiting on you" for additional information. I can't do much, though. I don't even know what document is needed and what "third party" is involved. I'll just have to wait and see.
