You need to be in Canada to apply for asylum. So you need to apply for a TRV showing funds to pay for your visit, travel history, ties to home country and reason to travel.

I am in Toronto and I had 2 sessions with my council for preparation. Don’t be stressed, just know your story. All my questions came from my story nothing from the BOC form. It lated 40mins

That sounds good. How did you get the sessions from the council? I signed up for ReadyTour but haven't heard back. Was it a regular hearing or short?

I have never seen a negative decision for a less complex claim even for short hearings.

I got accepted. It took about 2 and half hours with lots of questions but I go accepted on the table.

My hearing is next March 22. Under less complex with a short hearing.

I have a very short story with only 3 key dates so I know it inside and out. God will help. Thanks for bro
