ECAS is only for paper applicants. Test updates take anywhere for 1 week to 2 months.

I've been waiting for a month now after completing the test...
Several other people recently reported waiting longer than a month for test to be marked as "completed"

My citizenship test has been changed to " in progress" (see below timeline for reference) . Email is not received yet. I will be travelling to India during that duration. All ready plan long back.
Please let me know if some has draft for requesting extension for time for competing the test.
Below is the timeline:
Online application date: August 11th 2022
AOR received : August 18th 2022
Background check completed: Dec 12th 2022
online status status updated for TEST : Feb 09 2023. however, it was appeared after two day i.e. Feb 11th ( yet to receive the email notification) .
Time frame (window) to complete the test: Feb 17th to 9th March 2023

Once you receive the PDF instructions for the test, it will give you instructions on what to do to get permission to take the test outside of Canada. Follow instructions by sending that e-mail and attach your itinerary and clearly mention your return date. You should be able to take your test outside of Canada without issues...
