I submitted my application online yesterday, but noticed i missed 1 absence in the residency calculator . Can someone guide what should i do ?

Wait for AOR and once you receive it submit a webform to update IRCC about this 1 absence. Also I hope you still meet the residency requirement with the absence too.

Wait for AOR email. It will contain the application number. Using ur UCI and application number you can create an account on the tracker(https://tracker-suivi.apps.cic.gc.ca/)
