we need to include all pages including blank pages of all passports and travel documents for 5 year eligibility period

we means applicant above 18 years need to include all pages. I got clarified in some group on this forum that all pages have to be included.

did you submit your application and was it manual Or online

No all the pages do not have to be included.

I applied online, the ask was clear (Upload the bio page(s) of this document). It doesn't say upload all the pages of your passport.

biographical page which is the page that has your name, photo, date and place of birth, , issue date and expiration date.

that’s why I asked how you applied, online applicants don’t have to upload all. Manual applicants have to provide all pages, so you are good
