I have no answer, I insist, I think that each case or analyst is different and that is where the speed of the process is due. In my case, I have 14 months since I received the pre-arrival letter and I know nothing more about them.
You should apply GCMS notes

Hello. On Friday my sister got an email to confirm information and that her PR is approved. She is in Canada but her daughter is not. This morning my sister got PR portal invitation to confirm her mailing address and upload a Photo but no update on her daughter. When I check ecas it shows my sister status as Decision Made but for her daughter it shows In Process. Anyone with experience on what happens to the dependent who is not in Canada?

Did she submit her and her dependants application separately there should be 2 separate application numbers did she submit 2 separate applications? Usually when Canada person gets a PR there dependants file move to local visa office outside Canada

Both applications were submitted at the same time in the same package but they both have different application numbers. Hopefully as you said it will be sent to the local visa office soon and processed soon.

The processing of the daughter’s application would continue at the home country’s visa office. The file would be transferred to the visa office outside Canada. When the visa office outside Canada receives the file, the status would go back to Application Received. They may request for further documents from the daughter and she may be made to fill afresh, some of the forms already filled. The journey just started for her. She needs patience.

Really? She’s done the medical, police certificate and other forms requested by IRCC. Those were all just recently submitted in October. I really hope they don’t ask for those again. But we will get it done if necessary. Thanks for your insight
When uploading a photo to the PR portal, does it upload in black and white? Trying to upload but the preview is black and white and I get an error that the photo is either too bright or too dark
Check your photo format and when did you get portal instructions?

The photo is in Jpg format which is acceptable. Got the invite 2 days ago
Anyone still waiting from 2019,
