I also applied for prtd on 19 December, got auto acknowledgement same day. Received returned reason due to pirmary ID not provided on 3 Jan . We didnt include passport copies. But now i dont know if i should upload the passport copies on the same application or if I should i create a new one. I have uploaded passport copies any way but i cant tell if thats the correct thing to do. Can some one also please explain how the prtd is processed. Does it go to the consulate/embassy that serves your country or to IRCC in Canada? Any assistance is appreciated.

Thank you for the prompt response. Not sure what we are doing wrong, my husband and I submitted two applications each and both were returned with the response "wrong application" (we are also able to click on the view button, but nothing seems wrong) I have read a few forums and some individuals advised that it is a system glitch and they eventually received their PPR. It seems like everyone is experiencing different issues though. If I receive any feedback or get any updates I will let you know, if you don't mind please may I ask the same of you. Fingers crossed, hopefully both our requests gets finalized soon.

I initially submitted a normal request, after that when i uploaded the passport copies i then changed it to urgent. So Im not sure if that works, of if i have to reapply. Thats what I am trying to get information on.

I believe they go all to IRCC and once approved , you take your passport to the local VFS center

Our initial application was 19 Dec and we received the no primary ID document notification on 2 Jan ( preety quick considering the holiday imo). we uploaded passport copies on 6 Jan, but no response yet.

i think if youre abke to view the application it hasnt gone through to IRCC. thats wat a consultant told us. we had reuploaded and were stilla ble to view it, we redid after consulting and now we cant view it anymore. i will be sure to update when we get an update.

Hi Cango, thank you for the update. Let me know if you have any luck. I will also contact our Rep tomorrow to find a way forward and advise accordingly.

Hi Mat, kindly share what you did differently when resubmitting your request that ensured that you were unable to view it. When you refer to "consultant" did you speak to someone from the IRCC or your personal agent?

Hey Guys

I did the same application few days ago, and it came as "wrong application". and i was not able to click on view button.
If you can click on that view button that means your application is missing some docs. If you are not able to click on view button that means it's submitted and return reason came as a part of the glitch.

I got my PPR today. So just to let you know if your "View" Button is not enabled means you can wait for few days.
