I also got my tracking activated by 5:40pm EST today

Bunch of people with counterfoil from 9-14 dec got tracker activated around 1740, visible on the page at 18~

Did your tracker got activated ? My counter foil was generated on the 12th December still nothing today

By checking the tracking number of the return envelope on Canada post portal

Update
I just checked my mail box and I received my passeport safe and sounds .
What is weird is there is my tracker was never activated, till niow the tracking number is unavailable on Canada post portal or application .

Tracking number updated for both myself and my spouse. Counterfoil updated 14 Dec and 12 Dec respectively.

I don't understand why it's taking basically 40 days or more for some cases..

60 days here still on eligibility review.
Eligibility started Dec. 01 after 40 days of application submission.
