During our oath ceremony on 2nd Nov, our citizenship oath clerk from Niagara Falls IRCC boasted saying, we committed to deliver certificates in 2-4 weeks but we are pretty fast in doing our job so hope sooner than said timelines - So far, no certificate in our mail box till today.

Same here. Oath was done on the 3rd. Niagara office.

Postage stamp has that date

Seems Niagara IRCC have big backlog for citizenship certificates. They've more work to finish and frustate everyone in waiting.
